I recently had the most incredible experience staying at a luxurious retreat on the east coast of Tasmania. the location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and crystal-clear waters. It was the perfect base to explore the top restaurants around the world, enjoy a relaxing day at the Wine Glass Bay, or take a scenic drive up to Bay of Fires.
The occasional interruptions from the housekeeping team, who would knock on the door to inquire about our movements for cleaning or turn down service. It would have been more seamless if there was better communication between the F&B and Housekeeping departments.

The edge restaurant, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. Fantastic view from the bedroom. Generally service was personalized.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, from the breathtaking views to the exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the staff provided excellent service, making sure everything was perfect. the rooms were spacious and well-designed with private facilities. the restaurant served exquisite food with a great selection of wines. this hotel's location advantages were remarkable, with access to unique excursions like wine tasting and beekeeping.
this minor issue did not detract significantly from my exceptional experience at this hotel.

The room was clean and spacious with a great view. The location was convenient with plenty to do nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful and even gave us a useful map of the area. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the pool was a nice added bonus.
Our overall experience was not very good. The main issue was the noise level.

The experience was amazing! the food was delicious, especially the oysters, and the staff was very professional and friendly. There was a lot to do, including hiking and spa treatments. the room was modern and spacious, and the USB with photos was a nice touch. the cocktails were unique and tasty, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. the highlight was the exceptional service, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
That there were some new staff who were still learning the ropes and didn't provide the same level of service as the others. the food wasn't always as good as expected, but overall it was still enjoyable.
